Omorovicza | Silver Skin Tonic & Silver Skin Lotion: Review
Last year I tried and loved the Silver Skin Saviour Mask from Omorovicza (reviewed here) and then discovered that there are two more products in the brand's Silver Skin range. Packed with niacinamide, colloidal silver, BHA, and a combination of other antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredients, the Silver Skin Tonic and Silver Skin Lotion are perfect for oily, blemish-prone, or combination skin. I've got a detailed review of both to share with you. To read on, click......

Omorovicza | Silver Skin Tonic & Silver Skin Lotion
Omorovicza | Silver Skin Tonic (US$85 for 100 ml):
With a base of mineral-rich Hungarian thermal water, the Silver Skin Tonic is a gentle daily toner designed for oily, acne-prone skin. Infused with antibacterial colloidal silver, refining, sebum-controlling niacinamide, and pore-clearing salicylic acid (BHA), the toner is watery and lightweight. The formulation has no distinct fragrance and it absorbs quickly without leaving behind a sticky or greasy residue. Alcohol is used in the toner but because it's not super high on the list (sixth ingredient), I'm not too bothered. Despite the inclusion of salicylic acid, the toner is very gentle. It's not stinging or drying and works well at prepping my face for the subsequent steps of my skincare routine. Overall this is an excellent non-drying toner for acne-prone skin as the combination of niacinamide and salicylic acid really targets congested pores and excess sebum.

Ingredients: Aqua (Hungarian Thermal Water), Propanediol, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Sodium Lactate, Salicylic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Saccharomyces (Yeast) Ferment Extract, Colloidal Silver, Leuconostoc (Bacteria) Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Flower Water, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Extract, Phospholipids, Geraniol, Citronellol, Linalool.

Omorovicza | Silver Skin Lotion (US$125 for 50 ml):
A lightweight moisturizer also formulated with Hungarian thermal water, niacinamide, and colloidal silver, the Silver Skin Lotion employs several other key ingredients to provide a calming and mattifying effect. A potent antioxidant, zinc is used for protection from pollution and for its anti-inflammatory properties. Derived from rare lentisk trees in Greece, mastic resin is infused in the lotion for its antibacterial and astringent properties. It helps reduce the look of pores and provides a natural mattifying effect without the use of icky silicones.

Omorovicza | Silver Skin Lotion
The lotion is super lightweight yet hydrating and as promised, it has a natural, non-greasy finish that doesn't pill or patch. The formulation layers well under makeup and mixes nicely with other products so it also works for the nighttime when paired with a serum and/or oil. The price is quite hefty but this one is a strong recommendation for me. If you have oily, acne-prone skin and are in search of a hydrating yet lightweight moisturizer, definitely give this a try!
