The Body Shop Holiday 2015 Eye Palettes & Nail Sequins
Packaging:
Inspired by the roaring 20's Great Gatsby-esque theme, the Holiday 2015 beauty collection is divided into two color schemes: gold and silver. The Eye Palettes come in reflective cardboard quads equipped with a duo-ended sponge/brush applicator. Each shadow is 1.8g so they are very generously-sized! The polishes come in the same bottles as the permanent Color Crush Nail Polish line; the caps are adorned with a similar art deco design.

Winter Eyeshadow Palettes ($22 CAD):
The "Grooving Gold" quad comes with four warm-tone metallic shimmers. You get a beautiful mauve-y rose, a rosy brown, a reddish brown, and a soft cool gold. Surprisingly, the formulation is absolutely stunning. Smooth, pigmented, and very buttery, the colors blend seamlessly with each other.

The "Swinging Silver" palette comes with a satin peach, a satin dove gray, a shimmery dark blue, and an intense bright silver. All four shades, like the ones in "Grooving Gold", are pigmented and rich (even the dark blue).

Color Crush Holiday Nail Polish ($8 CAD):
"Gold Sequins" is a clear top coat scattered with hexagon glitters of shiny gold and matte black. The polish is very pretty but the glitter density is pretty sparse. Additionally, the glitters tend to stick to one another so they are hard to apply smoothly. I used two coats over a silver base.

"Silver Sequins" has shiny silver, matte black, and matte white glitters. Again, the glitters are a tad sparse, which makes it hard to spread them nicely and evenly on the nails.

Overall:
The Winter Eyeshadow Palettes are excellent. Pigmented, smooth, and buttery, the formulation is really impressive! The polishes, on the other hand, are a bit of a letdown as the glitters are very sparse.
