Formula X #ColorCurators Ballet Beautiful Collection: Review and Swatches
For its April #ColorCurators Collection, Formula X has teamed up with Mary Helen Bowers from Ballet Beautiful to create a trio of gorgeous polishes inspired by Helen's love for ballet. The collection features a soft lilac cream, a rich gunmetal metallic, and a shimmery pearl. To see some swatches, click......

Lilac Fairy:
A beautiful creamy lavender pastel, Lilac Fairy is surprisingly rich and pigmented. I used two coats for the swatches below and as you can see, the coverage is very opaque!

Lilac Fairy, two coats with no top coat.
Ballet Barre:
This is a beautiful dark silver metallic with a formulation that almost feels like liquid metal! Rich and pigmented, Ballet Barre is just packed with shimmer particles. I usually apply two coats for even the most pigmented polish but this shade did not need a second coat! What you is below is only one coat with no top coat!

Satin Slippers:
A shimmery pearl, Satin Slippers is quite sheer. I used three coats for the swatches below and the finish was still not very even.
