Urban Decay has a new liquid eyeliner and I think you are going to love it! Promising the most intense black ink, the Perversion Waterproof Fine-Point Eye Pen ($28 CAD) features a smooth and long-lasting formulation. To read all about it, click.......

Packaging:
The Perversion Waterproof Fine-Point Eye Pen comes in a shiny gunmetal pen. The applicator is a fine-point felt liner. It's slightly stiff, not as bad as the Too Faced Sketch Markers, but I'm sure it will soften over time. I personally prefer the pointed brush tip of the Kat Von D Tattoo Liners but this one also provides a nice and smoothly line (with some practice, of course).

Formulation:
As I've mentioned many times in previous posts, I personally prefer gel liners but the Perversion Waterproof Fine-Point Eye Pen is actually quite impressive. Firstly, the formulation is crazy dark! If you check out the photo below, you can see just how much more intense it is compared to Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner in "Trooper".  In fact, I used two swipes of the Kat Von D and only one swipe of Perversion.

The eyeliner bleeds a bit when I swatched it on my hands but on my lids it applied just fine. The formulation is quick-drying and it doesn't become too crusty (unlike the new Urban Decay Razor-Sharp Eyeliners). Now the wear is also very good. It's not completely waterproof (they never are, really) and there is some very minimal smudging at the end of the day. All in all, though, this eyeliner is pretty fantastic! It may just replace my Kat Von D Tattoo Liner!
