Dr. Ceuracle | Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence & Vegan Kombucha Tea Gel Cream: Review
Besides the two cleansers I recently tested, Dr. Ceuracle also sent me two of their bestselling skincare products: the Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence (C$40 for 150 ml) and the Vegan Kombucha Tea Gel Cream (C$35 for 75 g). Formulated with probiotic-rich kombucha tea extract to help strengthen the skin barrier, both products promise a balanced, hydrated, and healthy complexion. Naturium | BHA Liquid Exfoliant 2%: Review

Naturium | BHA Liquid Exfoliant 2%: Review
As someone with oily combination skin who chronically struggles with congested, enlarged pores, salicylic acid (a type of beta hydroxy acid, also known as BHA) is one of the key ingredients I consistently look for in skincare. Lately, I’ve been on a bit of a BHA toner binge, testing out everything from the St. Ives BHA Exfoliating Toner to the SOME BY MI AHA BHA PHA 30 Days Miracle Toner, Benton Aloe BHA Skin Toner, Isntree Chestnut BHA 2% Clear Liquid, and the PanOxyl Clarifying Exfoliant with 2% Salicylic Acid.
Naturally, the Naturium BHA Liquid Exfoliant 2% (C$29.99 for 120 ml) made its way onto my list of BHA toners to try. Sitting comfortably in the midrange price tier, this toner is formulated with encapsulated salicylic acid and bioactive fruit acids that gently exfoliate the skin to "reduce the appearance of pores, smooth and even skin tone, and reveal more radiant, brighter looking skin." Celimax | Ji Woo Gae Heartleaf BHA Peeling Pad: Review
During a visit to Costco in Seoul, I came across a twin jumbo pack of the Celimax Ji Woo Gae Heartleaf BHA Peeling Pad (~C$30 for 2 x 80 Pads). I had never heard of the brand before, but with such an incredible price and my undying love for BHA products, I decided to take a chance. Now that I am nearly through the first jar, I am happy to report that it was absolutely worth it. To read my full review of the Celimax Ji Woo Gae Heartleaf BHA Peeling Pad, click...

SKINFOOD | Carrot Carotene Calming Water Pad: Review
SKINFOOD is a well-known Korean skincare brand celebrated for its use of nutrient-rich, food-derived ingredients. One of their bestsellers, the Carrot Carotene Calming Water Pad (~C$25 for 60 pads), had been on my radar for a while. However, because I always felt that toner pads are a bit pricy and wasteful, I held off on trying them until I came across a great 3-for-1 deal at a Korean Costco. Buying a jumbo pack of a product I had never used before was definitely a bit of a gamble, but I am happy to report that the Carrot Carotene Calming Water Pad truly lives up to the hype. Belif | Moisturizing Bomb Toner & Aqua Bomb PHA Exfoliating Toner Pads: Review
I've used a lot of Belif products in the past but I've actually never tried any toners from the brand. Granted, Belif is most known for its moisturizers (namely The True Cream Aqua Bomb and The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb, reviewed here), but the brand has amped up its toner offerings in the past few years. Today I will be talking about the Aqua Bomb PHA Exfoliating Toner Pads (C$32.50 for 70 Pads) and the Moisturizing Bomb Toner (C$40.50 for 150 ml). To read all about them, click......

ANUA | Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner: Review
One of the bestselling toners in Korea for the past few years is the Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner (C$25.99 for 250 ml). If you haven't tried it yet, you've probably at least heard of it through social media. Formulated with 77% heart leaf extract known for its hydrating and soothing properties, the toner is perfect for sensitive, acne-prone skin. I recently bought one from Stylevana to see what the hype is all about. To read my thoughts and review, click......

When I was browsing through the bestselling Korean toners online, I kept on seeing the Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner for Sensitive Skin (C$17.59 for 150 ml or C$29.99 for 300 ml) from Haruharu Wonder ("haruharu" means "everyday" in Korean). Fresh | Rose Instant Hydration Mist: Review
Fresh has been pretty lackluster with releasing new products in the past couple of years, which is a real shame because I absolutely love the brand and am always eager to see what's next. One of the few recent releases is the Rose Instant Hydration Mist (C$32 for 100 ml). A new addition to the rose skincare range, this facial mist promises to "reduce the look of pores" and give a "supple, dewy" glow. To read all about it, click......

Papa Recipe | Bombee Honey Mask, Blemish Serum, Noble Rot Lifting Essence & Lifting Ampoule: Review

Disclaimer: The products featured were provided for review.
Recently, the Korean skincare brand called Papa Recipe reached out to me to try out some of their products. Other than seeing their sheet masks down the beauty aisles at my local T&T Supermarket, I don't really know much about the brand. However, as an avid fan of Korean skincare, I happily accepted the offer. As its affectionate name suggests, Papa Recipe was founded in 2012 by a Korean father who created his own skincare recipes to meet the needs of his daughter who struggled with sensitive skin. Now available globally, Papa Recipe offers an extensive lineup of hypoallergenic products for all skin types. Today I have a few products to introduce to you. To read on, click......

Bliss | *NEW* Skincare Collection: Review
A number of years back, Bliss was one of my go-to brands for body care products and I'd even visited one of their iconic spas when I was in New York. However, it felt like the brand fell off the radar for a while, especially on the Canadian market so I was very glad to learn that it's now available exclusively at Shoppers Drug Mart nationwide (in Canada) with a new skincare range. Housed in bright, minimalist packaging, the clean, cruelty-free product range is geared towards a younger clientele looking for effective yet affordable skincare. I wanted to share with you a closer look at the collection today. To read my reviews of a few key products, click......
